With a complete range of site services available, Catena can offer fully managed services including LOLER Examinations, Repairs and Servicing of Lifting equipment, Proof Load Testing and Installation of Lifting Equipment.

All of our site teams are fully trained, competent and experienced to successfully implement any site service contract, even under CDM! Catena help our clients deliver site based contracts with a focus on health and safety, cost control and quality.

It all starts with a call or an email to us at Catena, from here our experienced Team will listen to your requirements and appoint a project specialist to ensure we understand the requirements of the contract.

We can perform site surveys, validate equipment designs utilising our own inhouse Solidworks specialists, Fabricate, Powder Coat and Install all inhouse providing a total solution to any problem.

We’ll communicate all the way, from first contact, to the quoting stage, right up-to completion of works, ensuring everything goes smoothly and to the highest standard.

On Site Software for Engineers

Our Engineers Use Tablets and state of the art Software to receive Job Instructions, complete dynamic Risk Assessments and record Job information about any items Inspected, Proof Load Tested or Installed.

LOLER Examinations

Our LEEA Team Card holding Engineers will come to site to examine your lifting equipment, from Shackles and Chains as well as Lifting attachments and Cranes.

Proof Load Testing

Our Engineers are experienced in all manners of onsite Proof Load Testing, from simple Davit Arm Tests post Installation, to large Proof Load Tests which require bespoke Jigs and Hydraulics or Test Weights. All done in a well planned, safe manner.

Repairs, Maintenance & Servicing

From simple Latch Repairs on a Chain Hook to larger repairs all the way up-to Crane Services, Catena can ensure your Sites operate safely and minimise any potential downtime.

Site Installation

Our Engineers and Fitters can ensure any site installation is made to look easy! We’ll coordinate with all Teams involved to ensure it’s completed safely and efficiently.
